I finally had to get up. My hubby kept on snoring. No matter how much I poked it was no use. If I didn't love the guy so much I do believe I would duck tape his mouth and nose closed. :) So I got up put the coffee on and started working on the Mt. St. Helens project. I figured instead of making it out of paper mache and cutting all those strips of paper, I would use the spray insulation that you use around the windows. I was trying to use as little as possible because I knew it would grow. Let me tell ya... it kept growing bigger and bigger. It finally stop short of growing off the board I had it on. My hubby was laughing about how it was going to erupt in the kitchen. So I called my father in law to see if he had any scrap ply wood. He had just what I needed. So I transfered it over to a bigger board and let it set for the night. When I got up this morning it had all these arms growing out of the sides. So I started cutting it down. It is looking really good if I do say so myself. I have a little more to trim and then it will be ready to be sealed off and daughter dear will be able to paint it. I will post some pictures of the final project later this weekend.
My washing machine is letting me know it is through with it's job.
Have a great day folks!
