Baylor Weekend

We made it home. Dog tired. But we made it home. As you can see...I took the day off. I needed a day of rest due to not being able to sleep. I paid good money to listen to people slam doors half the night. I guess they really don't care about others trying to sleep. Who knows. All I know is we had a good time and will be going back in a few weeks. This is a picture of the scoreboard in the 4th quarter. As you can see Baylor was down by 3 touchdowns. My brother in law was very unhappy with the team. So I'm watching people leave and my brother in law is like "I'm ready to leave also". My daughter told him to sit still and get quiet. Well the Bears fumble. This makes the brother in law really MAD. Lets go is all I hear. I'm sitting still and make no attempt in getting up and my brother in law says you better come on or I'll leave you here. My daughter was telling my sister I can't believe we have to leave because we aren't winning. So we are leaving out of the stadium and what happens. We intercept and score a touch down. Bears kick a off side punt and regain the ball back and score another TD. I look at my brother in law as we are walking back to the car and tell him I guessed we should have stayed. He didn't say a word. We get back to Baylor and what happens. Baylor scored again and won the game 36 to 35. This was the only damper of the whole trip not being able to see the Bears win their game. My daughter was really disappointed with her Uncle and made it clear to him. Anyway we had a good trip and had fun seeing all the family. Next week they play the Aggies. Sic'em Bears!
