What a day...............

I finally have time to sit and type. I have been busy with odd and ends this evening. I started out doing the yard work and my John Deere push mower decided to stop being self propelled. So I stopped right then and there and figured I would wait for Mr. Wonderful to get off work and see what the problem might be. Only thing is he is working nights due to being over a shut down, clean up and start up at the plant. So he won't be off until Sunday evening. I called him and told him what was up. He said it either slipped out of gear and it has done it before or the belt broke on it again. He said he would buy me a new mower if it was broke again. I think we bought a lemon. We have had nothing but trouble with it. Then I decided I would do the weed eater in the front yard.I stepped in a pile of dog shit. This mad me really mad. Then the weed eater decided it needed more line. So here I am trying to get the end off. I couldn't get the end off. So now I'm pissed. The mower is broke, I stepped in a pile of shit and now this stupid weed eater is be a bitch. So my neighbor from a few doors down walks over and I asked him to take the end off and he does it no problem. Then I asked him to finish the yard work. He looked at me like duh. Me do yard work. Anyway his kids come down to pick up acorns in the yard for their camp out this weekend. They are going to feed the deer with them. I have never heard of feeding deer acorns before. I guess you can learn something new every day.
I think daughter dear and I have found the "perfect " science project for her to do. She loves doing these things. Loves winning even more. She has placed every year and moved on to district each year. But has never gone any further than that which is fine with me. I don't like projects.
Speaking of daughter dear she has her first camp out as a Girl Scout next weekend. She is so excited about going down south. I just hope it won't be raining or cold. I don't like camping out in that kind of weather. This past spring we went camping and on one night it was 34 degrees out. I froze. Daughter dear slept like a baby. She is hot natured. So we will see what the weather will be like next week. One thing we have to do is hike a mile to our camp site with our stuff. We are not allowed to drive up to the site to unload. The scout leader asked if her and I could drive up due to her daughter being in a wheel chair and me having a bad back. She can drive but I have to use a wagon to haul my stuff in. Whatever....
Well I guess I'll get ready for bed. Have a nice evening.
