Good morning everyone....
It looks to be a sunny day so far. I took the day off to get things packed for the big camp out for this weekend. I try not to pack very much but it always looks like I have the kitchen sink packed too. I'm hoping the weather holds up. We have a front coming through and the weather forcast keeps changing every time I look at the maps. Now they have us down for a 50 percent chance of rain on Saturday (some severe). I guess we will have to stake the tents down a little better than usual. I guess while I'm at the store I should get some rain sealer for the corners of the tent being I haven't sealed them since I bought my tent. I had me a good laugh last night. I had a parent call and ask if they needed to bring a tent. Duh...yes and you need to know how to put it up also. What....was there response. I asked them if they had instructions that come with the tent and this person said they didn't even own one. Lord help me. I'm just standing there trying not to laugh in the phone. I told them they better get to Wal Mart and buy one because they would be sleeping out with the wolves if they didn't. Okay....Geez at that point I was wishing I was deaf in my right ear.
In other news Daughter dear has had a growth spert. She came in this morning and asked if she had any other shorts that fit. I turned and looked at her and bust out laughing. Poor thing...she pulled out some shorts I haven't seen in awhile and couldn't get them zipped. She said it's not funny. I don't like being fat. I shut my big mouth and told her she wasn't fat not by any means. I told her it was time to move up to a size 10. I also told her that I would go to Bealls and buy her some new shorts and tops today. She told me it better be stylin. Okay... So I have a full day today and back to work for the day tomorrow.
So I'm off to tackle Wal Mart, Bealls, and HEB wish me luck because I'm going to need it.
