Good Morning! We finally have a bright sunny day here on the bay. My only problem is I have a headache from hell. I hate having them. I just hope it doesn't turn into a migraine. Anyhoo....
Last night we went over to Victoria for a little fun. We ate at Incredible Pizza. This is a place that is a lot like Chuckie Cheese only better. Daughter dear and her daddy had a race going in the go-carts. Daughter dear won by a hair but in hubby's defense daughter dear was being a road hog and everytime dad tried to pass she would move in front of him. It was really cute to see them race.
I'm ready for Spring break to be over. I have everything done and I'm ready to get back to work. Monday will be a lot of walking because we will have district Science Fair at our school. It will be my job to go and fetch the kids when the judges have finished judging their project.
My Insurance (wind & hell) came in the mail to renew for another year. It also went up another hundred dollars. This really ticked me off. State Farm no longer offers wind and hell so you have to buy it from the state. Crock of shit in my book. But they do offer flood and rising water insurance. So I have renewed my flood insurance, wind and hell, and homeowners insurance all in one month for a tune of $2300 dollars. So all I have to do now is wait for June to roll around and have a hurricane fire it's self up and blow away the project here. I have a feeling this year we will get one. I guess we will have to wait and see.
Well kiddos I need to go and see if the brisket is thawed that way I can put it in the oven on low to cook. So I hope everyone has a good one!
