Good Morning Everybody!!!! It's Friday!!!! It's pay day for me and I'm doing the happy jive!!! I know I shouldn't be so happy but Taks testing can be draining. Today the parties will be held in 3rd,4th and 5th grades. The kids were so excited about what they were going to bring and what they were going to watch on tv for the day.
Once I get them settled in the room me and a couple of other teachers will be painting in the hallway. Each grade level has a theme for the last six weeks of school. I'm painting the birdwalk at the lighthouse beach. I'm a pretty good painter but I'm not use to painting free hand on such a large place. So I'm taking my camera to get a picture of a work in progress. Then after school I will go over to the fourth grade hall to help my daughter's teacher work on their hallway. They make it look like a castle.
I sitting here eating a apple turnover. It sure is good with my coffee. I'm just adding to my waist line that way I'll look like a fat cow for the blog meet in a week. I can't wait to meet everyone and I'm really happy that I'm going to get to meet GuyK and his sweetthing. From his writing he reminds me a lot of my daddy.
Daughter dear is yelling for help. Salem is biting her feet. I'll be glad when he gets through this spell.
