Morning........
Good Gawd I feel like I have been hit my Kurt's Mac truck. I have been up since 3:36am not able to sleep because I ache like a S.O.B. I had to admit why I felt like crap yesterday to different ones and everyone has been having fun with it.
I actually did something productive yesterday. I wiped the dust off the old bike and aired up the tires and rode six miles in 30 minutes. I thought that was pretty good since I haven't rode the thing in 4 months.I decided that it was time to start getting some of this weight I gained in the last few months back off. When I gain it's all in the butt and thighs. So I will start with six miles a day until I can work back up to my tweleve miles then I'll add in walking my four miles after the bike ride.
I'm sitting here listening to Daughter dear yelling at the cat. That stupid fur ball won't stop biting. It is driving me and the hubby crazy. I thought putting him in the tub with water would drive him nuts. So I'm standing there watching him roll around in the water and hubby says I thought that would punish him but he likes it. So hubby dumped a glass full of water on his head and it didn't bother him one bit. Strange cat.....
