Well I'm up.That is about all I can say. Daughter dear is howling in the background that Salem is biting her. Stupid cat is biting everything and everyone in site. I put him out in the garage yesterday to get a little peace.
What is up with this bat shit crazy weather were having. Here I thought we would have a nice Easter. Now there saying we will need rain gear and a parka because it will be cold and wet. I guess we can hide eggs in the house. Whoo Hoo sounds like fun.
I have a rant. What... I know I never have anything important to talk about but I'm beginning to think that the school thinks I'm made of money. I also need to confess something... I'm a tight wad. I have always been like this. I will get a dollar out of a dime if possible. So here I am putting back money for the big Disney trip. Well Daughter dear gets a note in her folder for her GT (gifted & talented) trip in May. She will need $30 dollars for her tickets plus lunch money and spending money. She will also need a parent to go with her. Parents tickets are $20 dollars plus you have to drive your own vechicle because your not allowed on the bus. Then you have to buy your lunch also. So by the time you add this up you have over a hundred dollar trip for one day.
Then the following weekend she has a Young Astronauts trip to Nasa. Her tickets will cost $365.00 dollars plus food and drinks for the weekend. Of course you have to have a parent go along so you need to tack another $365.00 to the tab along with food and drinks for the weekend. So here I am trying to save and all I do is spend like crazy. I'm thinking about making daughter dear a offer she can't refuse. I ran it past the hubby and he liked the idea since I volunteered him for the last trip. I thought about paying her not to go on the Nasa trip. That would mean she would get $400 dollars in cash to spend at Disney as she wishes. I think it is a good offer. I just hope she takes it.
