Good Morning! It's a wonderful day in the neighborhood...wait a minute I'm not Mr. Rodgers. I guess I'm happy because I slept until 7 this morning and I'm not having to meet a schedule for the rest of the week. Yeah!!!
I got all my errands ran yesterday so I will only have to get out for PT today. I'm going to clean house today because Friday DD wants to put up the tree. I looked at pre-lit trees yesterday because I dread putting up our tree every year but an 8 ft. tree cost $499 and that was with 30% off. I'm like shit...I'll put likes on my tree for $499 . Give me a break! Even DD said that was a little much for her. So we went over to Bed Bath and Beyond. I needed a new garbage can and a dish drainer. I ended up buying DD a new stocking for the mantle because she said hers was to baby looking. Okay........
Then we went over to the grocery store to pick up things for my sweet potato casserole, broccoli and rice, roasted red pepper dip and a apple pie. Some people are just so rude. I don't know why a certain race of people block the door to where you can't enter the building. It was like seeing a pack of dogs fighting over a dead animal. So I say excuse you and it was like the parting of the sea. I was given a dirty look but the way I see it I had things to do and if you want to have a family reunion move it else where.
The cost of gas just pisses me off. I filled up the SUV yesterday to the tune of $67.50. This is just down right stupid and here I have to drive to Houston tomorrow which will burn half of the tank.
I guess I'll shut up now because as you can see...I have nothing to post about.
