I'm so happy this weekend is over and I can honestly say I'll never do another Lock in at the school again. I'm not cut out to stay up all night. I hit the gym floor around 3:00 am along with another teacher only to have another parent come up with a Red Bull in hand yelling that I was cheating by laying on my daughter's sleeping bag. Then she stood there laughing this laugh I've never heard out of anybody before. All I wanted to do was slap her can out of her hand that way she couldn't have her caffeine high she was on. She kept laughing this laugh all the way out of the gym. I looked at the other teacher and we just laughed.
So there you have it. I'm a wimp and it took me the whole weekend to some what recover. Now I need two days off to get my house cleaned up. I did manage to get the laundry done and the vacuum ran but I need to dust and scrub bathrooms. I may take the whole day off tomorrow since I have to get another shot in the knee tomorrow. I'll have to wait and see what the boss says.
