So what are my fellow blogger friends doing for New Years? Staying home and spending a quiet evening with the spouse? Going out and ringing in the New Year with friends? Sounds like fun... Daughter Dear hit me up yesterday asking if her friend could come over and ring in the New Year with us. I said yes being that I have no plans to go out and I really don't like getting out on such a holiday due to stupid drunk people that can't drive.
Daughter Dear gets all excited and says she will help me practice staying awake until midnight. Well folks I made it to 10:08 last night. I guess it's going to take a lot of practice for me to stay awake.
