Somewhat of a busy day

I woke up early today to get some things done. I finally got my hair cut. I took a lot off because I was beginning to look like one of those religious women you see walking around in town. Anyway I got some laundry done and cleaned a bit. I took Daughter Dear to her friends house to spend the night (they're going to the races) and I just finished grilling some pork. Now I get a quiet night alone. But not to quiet. I'm getting ready to go mow the yard....
