Pure torture! Two hours of grunting and hollering and I swear I feel like I have been through labor and gave birth to nothing. I can tell you I have never been through something so painful in all my life but I can bend my knee to a 104 degrees which the PT said is great for someone who has only been post opt for 9 days. So I'll go with what he has to say even though I HATE THE PAIN OF IT ALL. Time for a nap since I didn't sleep worth crap last night.
