To The US State Department:

We, the concerned citizens for a free America, are distraught over the recent earthquake that hit Haiti causing the estimated deaths of up to 100,000 Haitians.

We are, therefore, asking the government of the United States to donate 100,000 Negro's to replace them as quickly as possible with an additional 50,000 on standby for immediate exportation should actual death toll exceed the current estimates.

It is then, and only then, can it be guaranteed that Haiti continues to be the poorest nation in the western hemisphere.

Please urge your city to donate and donate early as the need is real and the need is now!
