Was not bad at all. My diet food was good and having less food didn't kill me like I thought it would. Being busy during the day I'm sure is helping keep my mind off of food but I'm wondering if I can keep my mind set that I don't need food on days that I'm at home. We'll see..
The start of day two has me dragging my ass!!! The excercise program I started yesterday has me so SORE!!! My flabby legs are killing me and my arms feel like I'm dragging my knuckles. I'm telling myself that it will get better. Off to pound pavement. Have a great day everyone!
